I graduated from Middle Tennessee State University in May of 1988 with a Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education. In August of 1988 I began my teaching career as a kindergarten teacher at Monteagle School. By 1992, I had obtained my Master’s of Education degree in Administration and Supervision. Beginning the 2001 - 2002 school year, I was chosen to pilot the pre k program at Monteagle School and I am currently assigned to this position.

I am married to Richard McBee and we have one daughter. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family, cooking, and watching movies. I love being a teacher and feel that it is a calling and not just “a job”.
